Virtual exercise classes for individuals with COPD.
Virtual exercise classes with a Kinesiologist for individuals with COPD. All fitness levels are welcome! Classes occur on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:00 to 2:00pm PST via ZOOM. Classes are free but signup is required. Individuals can signup here.

Sessions will be recorded, and made available on-demand via the BC Lung Foundation website.
