Stopping the Violence Program (Alternatives to Violence Services) - For women experiencing relationship violence

Abuse / Neglect, Mental Health - Adult & Senior, and Victim Services

This program provides assistance for those experiencing relationship violence. It includes individual and group counseling for adult female victims of relationship violence and survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
Alternatives to Violence Services:
Free individual and group counselling for individuals 19 years of age and over, who have experienced or are experiencing violence/abuse in their intimate partner relationships. Within this program outreach services, advocacy, case management, accompaniment and referrals to other community agencies are also available.

Survivors of Childhood Sexual Assault Services:
Free individual counselling for individuals 19 years of age and over who have experienced childhood sexual assault. Please contact the Alternatives to Violence Counselling Team at 604-594-3455 for more information.
