Free job coaching and short-term employment training program for youth or young adults looking for work and legally entitled to work in Canada
Employment Now:
Two weeks of online group-based workshops and certificate training followed by three months of one-on-one Job Coaching support for youth aged 17-29 (or turning 17 soon).
  • Virtual workshops covering Customer Service / Retail Sales or Office Admin / Clerical
  • Includes topics like interview techniques, resume & cover letter preparation and job search skills
  • Industry-specific online training
  • Up to 3 months of virtual one-to-one support after the end of the workshop
  • Financial supports for transportation, clothing and footwear to have you looking your best!

Youth Works:
Four weeks of online group-based workshops and certificate training followed by a 6-week work experience placement with a local employer! You are $PAID an hourly wage while attending the workshops and during the placement!
  • Virtual workshops including interview skills, resume & cover letter preparation and a variety of topics to help you find and keep a job
  • Short-term certification training to get noticed by employers
  • Ongoing one-on-one support to achieve your employment goals
  • $$$ Completion bonus available $$$
