Mental Health and Substance Use Counselling Services

Provided by DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society (DCRS)

provide free, confidential, and culturally informed counselling and support for individuals and families. Services are delivered with a compassionate, client-centred approach and are available in multiple languages.
DIVERSEcity’s mental health and substance use services provide counselling and support services available in several languages, such as Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Farsi and English.

The program’s highly trained counsellors and clinicians, registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), support clients in strengthening emotional well-being and addressing mental health and substance use concerns.

Mental Health Counselling Services:
  • Family Counselling
  • Child and Youth Mental Health Counselling
  • SAFE Community Clinical Counselling
Substance Use Services:
  • Substance Use Counselling
Note: Eligibility for each program may vary. Family Counselling and Child and Youth Mental Health Counselling is limited to clients and families with a first language other than English.
