Social events to foster connections between older adults and their community.
Brella offers a variety of social events throughout the community aimed towards promoting social inclusion for older adults. Some examples include Weekly Coffee Socials, Art Classes, Walking Groups, Lunch & Learns, Kent Street Luncheons, monthly Movies, Informational Guest Speakers, and more.
A new program schedule is published each month, and many activities require registration due to limited capacities. The vast majority of programs are free, though some social events may have a small fee, particularly when a meal is included.
