Social sewing group for individuals recovering from mental illness.
Once a week CMHA provides a space for its members, along with a community volunteer, to construct creative sewing and quilting projects.

Hours: Every Tuesday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Donations gratefully accepted (sewing machines, quilt batting, sewing and quilting supplies, fabrics).
