Primary Care Network (PCN) Mental Health Counselling Service - Surrey North Delta

Provides short-term mental health counselling to individuals attached to Surrey and North Delta FPs or NPs
The mental health counselling service is appropriate for those who:
  • 19 years or older
  • suspected mild-moderate mental health or substance use condition
  • requires brief intervention
  • cannot access services through other means (ie, private pay, extended health, WSBC, ICBC)

They support patients with mild to moderate Mental Health and/or Substance Use concerns such as:
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • substance use
  • postpartum
  • relationship problems
  • phobias
  • life transitions
  • psychological issues
  • insomnia
  • work-related stress
  • grief
  • interpersonal conflict
  • history of aggressive behaviour


Please note the SND PCN services only accept referrals for patients attached to FPs and NPs practicing in Surrey-North Delta.
