Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) - Victoria (Gorge)

UPCCs provide care for non-emergency health concerns within 12 - 24 hours for individuals who cannot access their primary care provider or do not have one.
Gorge UPCC offers access to a set of services that focus on individual primary care needs that can be provided by a Primary Healthcare Provider or a Mental Health and Substance Use Consultant (MHSU Consultant referral required). Will see patients on a same day urgent care basis as well as patients that are attached to a MD of NP.
Services are limited to people living in Gorge Road neighbouring communities.
