The Punjabi Respiratory Self-Management Workshop offers group sessions to discuss various topics on lung health in Punjabi which include:
  • Understanding lung disease, COPD & asthma
  • Respiratory medications and review inhaler technique
  • Reviewing COPD/ASTHMA action plan
  • Protecting lungs to prevent exacerbations
  • Breath control & stair climbing techniques
  • The benefits of exercise
