- Acquired Brain Injury Drop-In Centres: Offers social opportunities, community and recreation for individuals with an acquired brain injury. There are two drop-in centres located in Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
- Centennial Place Mental Health Clubhouse: Provides adults living with mental health challenges opportunities to build relationships, engage in leisure activities, access wellness support, and participate in vocational training. Activities are member-driven. It is a hub for mental wellness offering hope and encouragement. Centennial Place is located in Mission and requires a referral from Mission Mental Health. - Community Inclusion: A community-based service that helps people safely and successfully integrate into their local community. Community Inclusion is designed for adults living with developmental disabilities who live independently or with family and are seeking opportunities to connect in their community. A referral from Community Living BC (CLBC) is required, please contact for more info.
- Community Living Program – Life Skills: Provides support and life-skills training to people who want to be active in their community. Through classes and one-on-one support, people learn social, personal, and domestic skills, while building a network of support within their community.
- Outreach: Provides flexible support to a person currently living on their own in community or needing help to find their own home. A support person meets with the person in their home or community to help with daily living. This support can be on-on-one or in a group. People are supported in choices that encourage increased independence by connecting them to social and community resources.
- Peer Support: Provides support toward recovery through group learning and one-on-one support from a trained peer who has experience with mental illness.
- Personalized Supports Initiative: Provides individualized and personalized support to help the people we serve achieve their recreational, vocational, social, home-based and/or educational goals. Communitas offers various services in different regions, including: support coordination, employment, skill development, community based, home based, cluster-living, homemaker and supported living PSI support services. This support is flexible and designed to fit each person we serve. Support is offered to people in their homes, in the community or in their employment or volunteer endeavours.
- Supported Independent Living: Supports people living with mental health challenges. Working closely with people and their case managers from Abbotsford Mental Health Centre, we develop and implement care plans that are tailored to the recovery needs of each individual. Our objective is to support people in their recovery journey by encouraging self-determination and promoting choice.
- Transitional Living Program: Provides recovery support and life-skills training during the transition from living in fully supported housing models to living independently in the community. TLP also supports people in recovery who need help to stay independent in community.
