Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) - Surrey (Whalley)

The UPCC provides timely access to care for urgent, but non-emergency health concerns when patients are unable to access their primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner) within 12-24 hours. The UPCC also serves patients who do not have a primary care provider as well as assisting them to find one.
Patients experiencing chest pains, head injuries or broken bones cannot be treated at the Centre and should always attend their local hospital’s emergency room. Examples of when to use urgent care:
- Cuts, wounds or skin conditions
- Cough or Cold
- Fever
- Infections, such as chest, ear, and bladder
- Mild back pain
- Sprains and strains
- Nausea, diarrhea or constipation
- Immunizations
Urgent care walk-in hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, Statutory Holidays : 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Primary care appointment hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, Statutory Holidays: Check for available appointments.
