- Grief Support Services: Offers a range of specialized grief support services to meet the needs of everyone in the community, which includes Children, Teens, Adults and Families. Key services include individual and family counselling, support groups, relaxation groups, cooking program, relaxation therapy, walking groups and more.
- Counselling Services: Offers a safe place to express negative and other emotions without being judged. The clinical counsellors and trained volunteers provide individuals and their families with practical, emotional and spiritual support.
- Relaxation Sessions: Take comfort and learn new ways to feel calm as you experience relaxation using soft music and guided imagery in our safe and caring atmosphere. Offers individual and group sessions for individuals living with an advanced illness or for those coping with grief and loss.
- Vigil Support: Volunteers make themselves available to sit at the bedside of someone who is within the last 72 hours of life. If possible, vigil support is provided 24 hours a day so that no one is alone.
- Community Outreach & Education Programs: Registered clinical counsellors offer support and education to healthcare professionals.
- Walking Groups: Drop-in group provides support for those moving through their grief and adjusting to life without their loved ones.
