Addictions / Substance Use, Mental Health - Adult & Senior, Mental Health - Child & Youth, and Youth Services

- Counselling for any person or family member affected by alcohol and/or drug misuse.
- Education programs and group experiences geared toward the special needs of our client population (e.g. Meditation, Anxiety, Depression, Personal Growth, Anger Management, Mental Health)
- Assessment and referral to other resources as appropriate i.e. detox centres and residential treatment programs
- Outreach and education to groups who may be 'at risk' of developing a substance misuse problem
- Information and training for professionals in the community on a variety of substance misuse topics
- Opioid agonist treatment
- Youth outpatient/outreach series providing assessment, counselling, and referrals to other services for youth between 12 to 25 years.
The following is available:
- Drop-In Counselling available Monday and Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
- SMART Recovery Group is available Monday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Substance Affected Group available Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Anger Management Group available Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Positive Thinking Group available Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Mindfulness Group available Thursday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Relapse Prevention Group available Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
